I had a lovely stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, although the noise in the mornings was a bit bothersome. The service was top-notch, except for a slight hiccup. The location was superb, close to transportation options, but a minor issue with a cockroach was spotted at breakfast. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good quality options but limited choices at times.

I had the worst stay ever at this hotel. Despite booking a twin room, the beds were stuck together, and everything in the room was extremely low down. The tired-looking rooms were definitely not worth the £350 a night we paid, even compared to budget hostels.

The modern facilities were just the way I like it, extremely clean, and the location was very convenient with easy access to anywhere in London. There were lovely cafes on a street nearby, making it a beautiful area to explore. However, the room was very hot even with the air con turned right down. Also, there was a noisy compressor/power gen equipment active 24/7 right below my room on the ground floor.
